Roxie has been at the Melanie Stone State Farm Insurance Office here in Charlotte for the last 10 years and enjoys helping our current customers with all their Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Health Insurance and Business Insurance questions. She is married with 2 children and 3 grandchildren. In her free time Roxie enjoys the beach and snorkeling.

Melissa has worked in insurance for over 25 years. Born and raised in Charlotte, NC she has split her years in the industry between the Carolina's and the Nashville, TN area. She has two sons that live outside Nashville, TN. Her loves are family, music and travel.

Natalie has been have been a part of the Insurance Industry since 2008. Originally from New York and now living in Charlotte since 2019. She is deeply committed to helping Melanie Stone State Farm customers manage their insurance needs while ensuring their policy services and changes are met. Natalie is dedicated to building long lasting relationships while demonstrating exceptional customer service.

Rachel has been working in the insurance industry for the last 8 years and is a native of Missouri. She has lived in the Charlotte area for almost 5 years now and loves everything about the city and small town feel of Fort Mill. The stellar reputation of this agency and the ability to establish customer relationships are two of the reasons she enjoys working as a service team member at Melanie Stone State Farm.

Samantha has been working in the Insurance Industry with State Farm for 16 years. Originally from Chicago, Illinois, she recently relocated to Wisconsin to her forever home. Her passion is to provide top notch customer service and help customers with their needs. She is married with a growing family. In her free time she enjoys spending time on the lake, boating, gardening and cooking.
