"I have been with State Farm Insurance for over 40 years and this is BY FAR the best agent (and agency) I have ever had! Melanie, Rachel and rest of her team are responsive, knowledgeable, professional and friendly! They go above-and-beyond to help you understand all your insurance needs and value-engineer the best premium-vs-deductible balance given your particular needs. When you call most of the time somebody answers the phone which in this day and age is simply amazing. I have my auto, home and umbrella coverage with Melanie. And she even showed me a reasonable plan to insure my wife's engagement and wedding rings (which weren't cheap)! I would HIGHLY recommend Melanie and her fantastic team of insurance professionals!"
